Note that this research group moves to the new Department of Bioinformatics at the University Medicine Greifswald.

This research group Molecular Networks in Medical Bioinformatics concentrates on molecular interaction networks and understanding protein function in the context of human diseases. Our work covers three overlapping research areas of computational systems biology and medicine: Network Analysis & Data Integration, Modeling & Prediction, and Disease Focus.
